Job description

We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Urologist for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity supporting a facility with a long-term permanent vacancy.
Quick Details
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: Ongoing
  • Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
  • Call: 1:4 beeper call (30-minute response time)
  • Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
  • EMR: Epic
  • Patients per Shift:
Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • Active or eligible medical license (not required to bid)
  • ACLS & BLS required
  • Ability to obtain full hospital privileges (no temporary privileges available)

Procedures & Skills Required

Candidates must be comfortable with a broad scope of urology, including:

  • General Adult Urology
  • Ureteroscopy & Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy
  • Laparoscopic Urologic Procedures
  • Radical Prostatectomy
  • Nephrectomy & Partial Nephrectomy
  • Pelvic Lymph Node Dissection
  • Adrenalectomy
  • TRUS Biopsies
  • Renal & Bladder Ultrasound with Biopsy
  • Intraoperative Ultrasound
  • Incontinence Procedures
  • Penile Prosthesis
  • ESWL (Shock Wave Lithotripsy)
