Broad Medical Oncology practice with consideration for Hematology/Oncology physicians.
Established referral network and growing patient demand throughout Cape Cod and surrounding communities.
Multidisciplinary cancer care model with Radiation Oncology, Interventional Radiology, Interventional Pulmonology, and Advanced Therapeutic Gastroenterology available onsite.
Strong clinical infrastructure supported by experienced oncology nurses, cancer support staff, and integrated specialty services.
Shared call structure with APPs taking first call coverage.
Flexible 4-day or 5-day work week designed to support physician wellness and work-life balance.
Epic EMR utilized across the health system.

Compensation Package:

Base Salary: $480,000 - $600,000
Productivity incentive opportunities
Performance bonus potential
$75,000 Sign-On Bonus
$3,000/month housing stipend for 12 months
Relocation assistance

Requirements:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology
Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
Strong interest in multidisciplinary cancer care
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered oncology practice
Team-oriented physician seeking long-term practice stability
