Job Details:

- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours

- End Date: 01/04/2027
- Certifications: BLS Certification required prior to first shift; ACLS required prior to first shift (CIRH only)
- Education/Experience: Basic nursing education; minimum of 0 years experience required; two (2) years bedside clinical experience is highly desired
- Responsibilities: Performs initial nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission; develops and implements individualized care plans; collaborates with interdisciplinary team; documents patient data and responses accurately; participates in patient rehabilitation programs; initiates discharge planning and patient teaching; communicates changes in patient status; supervises ancillary staff; maintains safety and infection control standards; participates in team building activities; manages supplies and equipment; may assume charge responsibility after orientation; engages in ongoing professional development.

- Additional Information: The candidate should possess the skills and competencies necessary for the specific population served and follow hospital and nursing policies regarding safety, appearance, and attendance.
