Still Electric LLC is hiring a skilled and experienced Residential and Commercial Lead Electricians to join our growing team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead by example
- Lead and execute residential/commercial electrical projects, installations, repairs, and upgrades and all hands on job duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications
- Supervise and mentor electrical helpers
- Ensure all work meets NEC and local codes
- Maintain safe job sites and enforce company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Order materials, manage timelines, and oversee jobsite productivity
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven residential electrical experience
- Strong leadership and jobsite management skills
- In-depth knowledge of NEC and residential/commercial electrical systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving ability

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime or Saturdays
Work Location:
On-site at residential & commercial job sites throughout Columbus, OH

- Able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
- Able to work in tight spaces (ie: crawl spaces & attics)
- Able to work in high areas utilizing lifts or ladders
- Valid driver license and clean driving record
Experience:
- Residential and/or Commercial: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
