Candidate Requirements
MD or DO
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
Active or Eligible Iowa Medical License
Active DEA
Current BLS Certification
Clean Malpractice & License History Preferred
Current NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days)
H-1B Cap-Exempt Visa Support Available
