Position Highlights
- Flexible 4- or 5-day work week
- 35 patient care hours and 5 administrative hours per week
- Option for 8- or 10-hour shifts
- Average patient volume of patients per day
- Dedicated clinical support from an RN and Medical Assistant
- Low-volume, phone-only call schedule of approximately 1:8

Requirements:
- BC/BE in Family Medicine
- Must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in the Tri State region with no restrictions or limitations.
- Will supervise advanced practice clinicians
- Teaching students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is an expectation of all medical staff
- J-1 waiver and H-1B visa candidates are encouraged to apply.
