A growing primary care practice in southwest Michigan, 50 miles south of Grand Rapids, is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to provide high-quality care to older adults.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Provide comprehensive primary care for Medicare patients
- Focus on preventive medicine, wellness, and improved health outcomes
- Value-based care model emphasizing quality over volume
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient setting
- Prescribe and manage medications and other treatments
- Collaborate with regional and clinical leadership to achieve quality goals
- Help direct and manage the center care team
- Dedicated Medical Scribe and Medical Assistant
- Highly qualified candidates may be considered for Center Medical Director
