Opportunity:Physician - Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology
Job Details:- Permanent, full-time gastroenterology position seeing approximately 12 patients per shift
- Board certification required in Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology
- Active Washington State medical license required
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
- Perform upper GI endoscopy including with biopsy, foreign body removal, and fulguration of bleeding (cautery vs. laser)
- Perform diagnostic ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography)
- Esophageal manometry interpretation required
- Perform small bowel biopsies
- Perform lower GI endoscopy including sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy
- Colonoscopy with biopsy and excision of polyp required
- Position is based at a Level II trauma center facility
