Opportunity:
Physician (MD) - Orthopaedic Surgery

Job Details:

• Provide comprehensive orthopaedic surgery services with 5-7 patient encounters per shift
• Must hold an active Arizona license and DEA registration
• Board certified/eligible required; minimum board certification level is Certified
• NPDB and case logs of at least 2 years required for credentialing
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 5-7 days
• Perform arthroscopy procedures
• Perform total joint replacements including hip, knee, and other joints
• Perform joint revision or repair procedures including shoulder, hip, knee, and other joints
• Locum Tenens assignment, ASAP start with ongoing need
• Nearest airport is Las Vegas, with lodging accommodations available at the Holiday Inn

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
