Job description

  • Initial term: 7/1/2026-9/30/2026; client notes 6 months, possibly longer (until W2 backfill)
  • Shifts: 5:00 p.m.-8:00 a.m. in-house, every night including weekends
  • No call shifts
  • Case mix: Busy OB, trauma, designated stroke center, vascular, neuro, urology, ortho
  • Volume: 3,500-4,000 general cases/month (service)
  • Procedures: Must be able to perform peripheral nerve blocks
  • Care team model: Yes; mainly supervisory with occasional own cases
  • Staffing ratios: 1 MD : 3-4 CRNAs
  • EMR: Cerner; AIMS
  • Certifications: NC license, BC or BE
  • Ability to perform peripheral nerve blocks
  • Comfort supervising CRNAs and working occasional solo cases
  • Night availability including weekends; in-house coverage
