Highlights:
- Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient-Centered Medical Home
- Four 10-hour days per week
- 1:4 call (currently shared with 4 physicians)
- Average 15-20 patients per day
- Scribe provided for providers who average 15+ patients per day
