Local Team Collaboration:
- We believe in local, site-led leadership
- Strong collaboration between all physicians and CRNAs on the team
Key Responsibilities:
- Sacred Heart Bay is a level II trauma center
- Cardiac Anesthesia, including CABG, TAVR, Watchman, Mitral Clips, both open and minimally invasive plus Cath lab, EP, interventional, and structural.
- Approx 250 heart cases are done each year.
- Non-cardiac cases include: general, trauma, neuro, spine, ortho, ENT, Gyn, Uro, plastics, Endo, lap choles, appendectomies, hernia, colon/GI, joint replacements, etc. No OB.
- Partner with a Main OR Anesthesiologist and a team of experienced CRNAs.
Scheduling:
- Rotate with 4 other CV-capable physicians + 1 Main OR non-call physician.
- Guaranteed PCDO.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a US Residency
- Board certification in Anesthesia
- Fellowship not required
- Active FL license or able to obtain
- Authorized to work in the United States

Rewards and Compensation:
- Robust compensation package with guaranteed base salary and opportunity to maximize income

- $575,000.00 - $615,000.00
- $100,000.00 commencement bonus
