We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director - Primary Care Physician - to join our team and provide quality medical services across several of our clinics covering the beautiful Newton, Waltham, and Weston, Massachusetts areas.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in primary care or outpatient clinic settings.
  • Ability to manage patient care across multiple locations.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient medical records, including evaluations, medications, treatments, allergies, test results, and other pertinent documentation.
• Evaluate patient symptoms, perform examinations, and determine the most appropriate treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications in compliance with state and federal regulations, while ensuring patients are informed of potential risks, complications, and interactions.
• Supervise and evaluate Medical Assistants to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and the effectiveness of care programs.
• Provide patient education and consultation on preventive health, nutrition, fitness, and hygiene to support informed decision-making.
• Rotate between multiple clinic locations to provide care coverage as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state(s) of practice.
• DEA certification.
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
