North Okaloosa Physician Group, affiliated with North Okaloosa Medical Center (NOMC), is seeking an experienced, board-eligible or board-certified General Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established hospital-employed group in Crestview, Florida.

About Your Work:

• Employed, full-time, well-respected practice
• Join 2 physicians and 1 APP
• 25-bed ED (40,000 visits in 2025)
• 5 modern OR suites, dedicated blocks, efficient and tenured OR team, state of the art technology including MAKO and 24/7 anesthesia coverage
• Additional access to ASC with 3 OR suites
• EMR: Athena with Suki AI scribe technology
• Fully-equipped clinic with experienced support team; clinic across highway from medical center
• Established primary care network and robust specialty care, including Pain Management and Oncology, through established clinical partnerships
• Multidisciplinary support through IP/OP rehabilitation, infusion therapy, IR, and Wound Care/HBO
• Dedicated outreach/marketing support
