Qualifications - DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
- Completion of a CODA-accredited endodontic residency program
- Eligible for licensure in the state of Nevada
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to efficient, high-quality patient care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to maintain relationships with referring providers
Compensation & Benefits - Base salary:
- $15,000/month for 3 days/week (first 3 months)
- $20,000/month for 4 days/week (first 3 months)
- Production-based compensation: 45% of adjusted collections, with realistic potential to exceed base within 3 months
- 401(k) participation available after 1 year of employment
- Flexible scheduling with a typical work week of 3-4 days and 4 weeks of time off per year
- Shared call responsibilities approximately one weekend per month
