I wanted to reach out regarding a travel Urgent Care locum tenens opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a well-established, high-volume urgent care network throughout Connecticut.
Position Highlights:
- Long-term assignment beginning in October with coverage through late February, with the potential to extend
- Flexible scheduling with coverage needed seven days a week
- Weekend availability is highly preferred, with additional weekday opportunities available

Ideal Candidates:
- Board Certified NP or PA
- Active CT license, DEA, CSR, and BLS
- Previous Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience
- Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patients
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced urgent care environment
- Experienced with procedures including suturing, wound care, incision and drainage, splinting, EKG interpretation, X-ray review, and other common urgent care procedures
- Willing to travel between clinic locations and adapt to scheduling needs, including occasional split shifts
