Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP)Employment Type: Permanent, Part time.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based healthcare organization committed to team-based care. This role operates within the Patient Centered Medical Home model and collaborates closely with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care across a diverse patient population.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses and conditions within ARNP scope of practiceCollaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care managementDevelop and implement individualized teaching plans to support patients in achieving and maintaining optimal healthUse sound, independent clinical judgment in patient care decisions based on evidence-based dataMaintain timely and accurate chart documentation (within 48-hour timeline, 95% of the time)Complete fee slips with appropriately matching diagnosis and procedure codesMeet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year, full-time equivalent)Provide care coordination through daily huddles as part of the PCMH modelIdentify at-risk patient populations and monitor panel-specific population healthEmpower patients through self-management education and discharge planningAdvocate for patients by explaining all procedures and treatment plans prior to executionParticipate in quality management, peer review, and departmental practice developmentSupport clinical education of other health professionals including student nurse practitionersMaintain all required annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment)QualificationsGraduate of an accredited ARNP program (required)Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington (required)Prescriptive authority from Washington State (required)Previous experience in a patient care setting (required)Experience in minor surgical techniques (preferred)Strong knowledge of the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluationCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (Salary/Exempt)Relocation assistance availableMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceFSA / HSABasic Life Insurance & AD&DShort & Long Term Disability401(k) with Employer MatchPTOEmployee discounts
