This role is centered around inpatient care in the Bone Marrow Transplant and Hematology & Cellular Therapy units. As part of a dynamic, medical team, you'll engage in both day and night shifts with an average patient census of 8-12 adults.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions/transfusions
- Handle admission, daily rounding, and discharge planning
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care
- Manage complications from transplants and cellular therapy, such as GVHD, CRS, and ICANS
Qualifications
- Board Certification required
- Active MO State License or willingness to obtain
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- 1.5-2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant APP experience
Working Hours
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Coverage varies monthly; schedule provided by facility

- Proficiency with EMR systems, particularly Epic
- Strong communication skills for patient and family interaction
