Responsibilities
- Help lead our Comprehensive Menopause and Wellness Program. Conduct comprehensive menopause-focused evaluations and ongoing care.
- Diagnose and manage all menopause-related conditions with the development of personalized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on menopause, aging, and preventive health strategies including bone, brain, and cardiovascular wellness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, including referrals to specialists as indicated.
- Stay current with menopause research, guidelines, and best practices through continuing education and professional development.
- Help promote ongoing community awareness and education with participation in seminars and provider and patient education opportunities.
Requirements
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Specialized training or significant experience in menopause care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and holistic health approaches.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
