Locums - Savannah, Georgia Neonatology Opportunity
Clinical Role
Seeking an experienced, Board Certified Neonatologist for an ongoing per diem locums opportunity in Savannah, Georgia. The physician will provide in-house coverage within a Level III NICU serving a regional neonatal referral population.
Schedule & Coverage
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing
- Schedule: Nights and weekends only
- Shift: 12-hour, in-house shifts
- Day Shift: 7:00 -7:00 or 9:00 - 6:00
- Night Shift: 5:00 - 8:00
- Coverage Type: Per diem
Practice Setting & NICU
- Level III NICU
- 92 NICU beds
- Regional referral setting for advanced neonatal care
- Full pediatric subspecialty support
- Active resident rotations through the NICU
Support & Practice Model
- Collaborative neonatal care team
- 9 Neonatologists
- 8 experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
- Comprehensive clinical resources and support
Requirements
- Board Certification in Neonatology required
- Recent Neonatology experience required
- Must have remained clinically active within the past year
- Minimum 6 months of clinical experience within Neonatology required
- Active Georgia license required
