Overview
- Single position covering two clinic locations in Fayetteville and Spring Lake, NC (approximately 25 minutes apart)
- Established pediatric practice with 5 providers
- 4.5-day work week: Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
- 100% outpatient pediatrics (ages 0 18)
- Average 18 patients per day (mix of sick and well visits)
- Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care
- Rotating weekly phone-only call (no inpatient responsibilities)
- Strong clinical support with experienced staff
- Direct mentorship from a pediatrician with 30 years of experience
Requirements
- Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or PA-C
- Eligible for North Carolina licensure
- Pediatric or relevant outpatient experience preferred
- Commitment to community-based, relationship-driven care
