Role Description
At Borealis MedSpa, we are building a team of high-performing, aesthetic-focused providers who want to master their craft, grow a following, and build a long-term career in aesthetic medicine.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Aesthetic Provider (RN / NP / PA) specializing in Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation. You will work in a medical, results-driven environment with access to advanced technologies and a loyal, high-end patient base. This is an opportunity to grow into a top-level injector-not just perform treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators (Botox), dermal fillers, and laser therapies
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Educate patients on services, skincare, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
- Collaborate with clinical and front desk teams to optimize patient experience
- Participate in practice growth through patient retention and treatment recommendations

Qualifications Required:
- Active, unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license (Alaska or ability to obtain)
- Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and perform injectables, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation procedures
- Availability for weekends and peak clinic hours
- Comfort with treatment recommendations and patient conversion
- Interest in building a personal brand or social media presence
- Interest in facial balancing and full-face treatment planning

Compensation
We offer a competitive, performance-based compensation structure, including:
- Pay DOE (depending on experience)
- Base hourly pay
