Your Impact on Our Retail Fulfillment Centers:

  • Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture and home furnishings throughout the warehouse and distribution process.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, and dollies, while following all safety procedures.
  • Inspect, prepare, and maintain merchandise to ensure products meet Ashley quality standards before customer pickup or delivery.
  • Load, unload, organize, and stage merchandise to support efficient warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
  • Assist with product preparation, minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging to ensure merchandise is customer-ready.
  • Support inventory management activities, including merchandise tracking, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
  • Demonstrate exemplary customer service by creating positive experiences for customers in the warehouse and in their homes, serving as a professional and trusted representative of the Ashley brand.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while completing required documentation accurately and on time.

What Makes YOU the Next Part of Our Story:

  • Physical Capability: Able to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver furniture and merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds, with assistance for heavier items as needed, while performing frequent physical activity throughout the workday.
  • Warehouse & Technical Skills: Experience in warehouse, distribution, retail, furniture handling, inventory, assembly, material handling, or powered industrial equipment operation is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
  • Customer & Quality Focus: Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards for product quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
