•Join a private practice with 3 physicians and 3 NPs
•General or advanced GI - proctoring available
•Partnership track
•Autonomy over clinic and surgical schedules with no quotas
•In-house CLIA-certified pathology lab for efficiency

•Supportive team with average staff tenure exceeding 10 years
•Earning potential over $1M with sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, and relocation package totaling $150K+
