Requirements:

  • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED no exemption, required at presentation
  • Visa support requirements (J1 or H1B) - please specify in the "Additional Submission Details" field - REQUIRED
  • Experience level: Open to both experienced neonatologists and recent graduates who meet certification requirements - REQUIRED
  • Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) Neonatologist
  • Valid Neonatology or Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine certification
