Advanced Practice Provider to join a compassionate well-established full spectrum program offering inpatient, outpatient and community-based
Hospice & Palliative care services in Winston-Salem, NC.

Opportunity Highlights: - PRN Hours based on provider's schedule and availability
- 7 day a week service with many opportunities for PRN hours
- Inpatient Care with the opportunity to be involved with clinic if desired
- Community hospital, large tertiary center with 900+ licensed beds
- Palliative Care Unit with specialized nursing care
Candidate Qualifications: - Education: Master's Degree required. Either a graduate of an NCCPA accredited physician assistant program, or NP or post Master's NP program required.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current PA or NP license in appropriate state required. NCCPA or registry with state nursing board, BLS, DEA registry required.
Responsibilities & Duties: - This position is primarily at NH Forsyth Medical Center. May be asked to support other sites in the Greater Winston-Salem market based on staffing needs.
- As an inpatient consultant you will perform: Patient Assessments and Management, Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration, Patient and Family Education and Support, Symptom Management, Admission and Discharging
