  • Credentialing Time: Approximately 60-90 days
  • APP Supervision: Required
  • Call Response Time: 30 minutes
  • Phone Consults: Maximum of approximately 2 outside the office
  • Call Back %: 5%
  • Patients: Approximately 15 outpatient; fewer than 2 inpatient
