  • ASAP - Ongoing
  • Call Only - In-House
  • Coverage: 5 days/month, Monday-Friday
  • Type: In-house call + STEMI
  • Typical shift: 24-hour in-house call
  • Response times: 1 hour (in-house); under 30 minutes (Emergency/STEMI)
  • Start/End: ASAP - Ongoing
  • Call ratio: 100% in-house; no patient call-backs
  • Volume per 24-hr call: 20-25 calls; 15-20 patients seen
  • EMR System: Epic
  • Call Response Time Required: 1 Hour Call Ratio: 100%
  • Avg Call # Per 24 Hour: Patients Seen: 15-20
  • Requirements: Active Arkansas license, Board certified, ACLS, ATLS, BLS
  • Credentialing: Estimated 60-90 days
