Job description

Schedule / Call:

  • Start: 7/20/26
  • 3 6 month assignment
  • Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (1 hr unpaid lunch)
  • No weekends or holidays
  • Full-time (20 shifts/month)

Assignment Details:

  • Hospital-based clinic (440 beds)
  • Heart Failure clinic outpatient only
  • Established HF patients
  • Procedures: outpatient diagnostics and disease management
  • Adult population
  • EMR: Epic

Requirements:

  • Cardiology / AGPCNP / AGACNP
  • DEA required
  • BLS & ACLS required
  • Minimum 2 years experience
