Job description

  • Experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner needed for a skilled-nursing opportunity - close enough to enjoy Philadelphia, far enough away to enjoy your breathing room.
  • Trade quick, disconnected encounters for the chance to understand your patients' complete clinical picture and see how your decisions influence their progress.
  • Manage medically complex patients through examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management and ongoing follow-up.
  • Use your experience to spot subtle changes early, prevent avoidable hospitalizations and help patients maintain greater comfort and independence.
  • Partner with physicians, nurses and facility professionals while becoming a valued clinical resource for patients, families and the entire care team.
