Great opportunity in Flagstaff, AZ for a NP/PA to work in Primary Care.

  • Certified NP/PA
  • Family friendly, easy going, and great work/life balance overall great place for a provider to work in the outdoorsy/four corners area
  • Will see all ages
  • Clinic is open Monday-Thursday 8a-7p and Friday 8a-5p the schedule is 32 hours per week
  • No Call, no weekends
  • 100% outpatient
  • 12-18 PPD
  • EMR used is Nextgen
  • Open to new grads
