Primary Care Services
Employee Health Support:

Pre-employment physicals & annual assessments
TB testing, vaccinations, immunization reviews
Work-related injury management & return-to-work evaluations
Fit-for-duty assessments & occupational screenings
Exposure incident documentation (e.g., needlesticks, infectious disease)
Collaboration with HR & Safety on wellness initiatives
Compliance with OSHA, CDC, and state health regulations
Accurate EMR documentation of employee health records
