A percentage of what the load actually pays. Because your pay moves with the market. Our schedule is three weeks out with structured home time in between. We run this way because drivers who are serious about income do not want to spend a day and a half getting home and back every two weeks. More time on the road means more miles and more money. Flatbed drivers need to know their way around tarps and securement and take pride in a properly loaded trailer. Dry van drivers get consistent freight and steady runs. Some of our drivers work both.
