Join a mission-driven medical center in scenic rural New Hampshire as we seek a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to serve a high-need community with a significant elderly population.
Position Highlights
- Patient Population: Primarily older adults with chronic conditions
- Schedule:
- 36 patient-facing hours + 4 hours of administrative time
- Patient volume: patients per day
- No weekend or holiday shifts
- Optional participation in daytime call rotation (no after-hours call)
- Clinical Support:
- Team-based care supported by an RN Team Leader and Medical Assistant
- Technology:
- Meditech Expanse EMR with Dragon dictation for streamlined charting

Ideal Candidate
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine (per WMC Medical Staff Bylaws)
- ACLS and BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Completion of an ACGME-, AOA-, or RCPSC-accredited residency
- Comfortable maintaining their own patient panel and working autonomously
