Responsibilities:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients on the cardiovascular telemetry unit.
Adjust patient care plans based on assessment and evolving needs.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Administer medications and monitor patient status during night shifts.
Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
