The Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care plays a vital role in delivering comprehensive healthcare by assessing, diagnosing, and managing both acute and chronic conditions. This position involves providing patient-centered care with a typical patient load of 15-25 patients per day, emphasizing preventive care, treatment planning, and effective medication management. The role demands strong care coordination and patient counseling skills to promote overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations
• Diagnose illnesses and develop treatment plans
• Manage medication plans and adjustments

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in primary care nursing
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Active Nurse Practitioner License
