WHAT YOU'LL DOUtility Crew members help wherever they're needed to keep the restaurant clean, stocked and operating smoothly.
Your responsibilities may include washing and putting away dishes, keeping the dish area clean and organized, taking out trash, cleaning floors and work areas, restocking supplies, maintaining the dining room and other areas of the restaurant, assisting with basic prep or kitchen tasks when trained, helping with opening and closing duties and jumping in to support the team during busy periods.
This isn't a job where we expect you to stand at a dish machine for eight hours and ignore everything else happening around you. You'll be part of the restaurant team.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORYou don't need restaurant experience.
You do need to be dependable, willing to work, comfortable staying active and capable of recognizing when something needs attention.
We're looking for someone who shows up when scheduled, works with a sense of urgency, keeps their area clean, follows directions, communicates with teammates and is willing to help instead of saying, "that's not my job."
This can be an excellent first job for someone who wants to learn how a restaurant operates and eventually cross-train into other positions.
If you've worked as a Dishwasher, Utility Worker, Restaurant Team Member, Kitchen Helper, Busser, Food Service Worker, Kitchen Crew Member, Porter or Restaurant Crew Member, your experience may be a great fit here.
