You will speak with prospective customers, learn what they need, explain available event solutions, answer questions, and help guide them through the decision-making process. Training and ongoing feedback are provided, making this a strong opportunity for someone looking to develop sales, communication, and relationship-building skills. What You'll Do • Connect with prospective customers during face-to-face interactions. • Ask questions to understand customer needs, interests, and event goals. • Explain available services and present suitable options clearly. • Help customers evaluate choices and make informed purchasing decisions. • Follow up on active opportunities and maintain organized sales records. • Work with team members to communicate customer needs and event details. • Build positive relationships and provide a professional customer experience. • Participate in training and apply feedback to strengthen sales skills.
