In this role, you will serve as an in-store merchandising leader supporting grocery retailers. Responsibilities include completing category resets, building displays and end caps, rotating and date-checking product, placing and correcting tags, and ensuring shelves meet store and planogram standards. You will identify out-of-stock conditions, organize backstock and discontinued items, and work directly with store leadership during project initiatives. The position also requires using company technology-or your own device-to track progress, capture photos, communicate issues, and complete required reporting. You will also assist in training new teammates, support basic scheduling needs, and provide general in-store operational oversight. This role involves frequent travel with regular overnight hotel stays.

Now, about you:
- Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- You're 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Are interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- Have experience leading and training people
- Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
