  • Locations: Bloomington, IL
  • Position: Family Medicine (Outpatient)
    • Inpatient opportunity available, if desired
  • Start date: 60-90 Days
  • Schedule:
    • Mon/Wed/Fri - 8am - 5pm
    • Tues/Thurs - 8am - 7pm
  • Job Description: Typical outpatient Primary Care services
  • Patient Population: All Ages
  • Patient Load: 18-22 PPD
  • EMR: Epic
  • Support: 4 Physicians Dedicated & experienced support staff
  • Compensation/Benefits:
    • Salary: 251-277K (Experience based)
    • Excellent Benefits
