As the Associate Wellness Director with Mt. Bachelor Assisted Living and Memory Care, youll support the head of the wellness department for all functions relating to Wellness Services, medication management and skilled nursing procedures, ensuring coordination of resident wellness needs and services in compliance with state regulations.
What we look for in an Associate Wellness Director:
Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nursing License (RN)
Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
What you can expect to do:
Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
Implement residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences and preferred routines
Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration
Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
Monitor the performance of caregivers to assure quality care
Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention
Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living Group
Required Certifications and Licensure:
$79,040 - $83,200/annually
