Job Description:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. As a DSP, you will provide essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities or other special needs, promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for those in your care. This position requires a strong commitment to ensuring the well-being, safety, and empowerment of those you serve.Location and Client Specific Needs: We are looking for staff to support a specific client in Roseburg Oregon that has specific support needs, and as such offering a starting rate up to $26/hr if the candidate holds a current OIS certification and has experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviors.
