An established Gastroenterology practice near Kansas City is seeking a physician to join their turnkey practice with immediate patient volume following the recent retirement of a longtime GI physician. Rather than spending years building a patient base, you'll inherit an established panel and join a growing four-physician GI team supported by an experienced APP network and an efficient endoscopy operation.
The Financials & Perks: - Guaranteed Base: $650,000 - $700,000 (Year 1)

Practice & Clinical Highlights:
- Turnkey Volume: Walk into a fully functioning, built-in patient base from Day 1.

- Manageable Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Balanced clinic and scope days (only 8-10 patients per half-day).
- Call Schedule: 1:4 Call with additional compensation for call duties.
