Organization Information:
- Shareholders receive 100% of profit (no cap)
- Salaries at or above 90th percentile after 2 years
- Partnership track: 2-4 years (as early as 2 years) with $15K stock buy-in
- Employed model also available
- Non-shareholders: base salary + up to 50% profit bonus after goals met
- Salary growth tied to practice profitability
- Optional real estate ownership with no buy-in for shareholders
