- Level IV trauma center
- Stroke-ready ED with 9 patient rooms, 2 trauma bays & 24/7 rad/stroke/and psy services
- 12 hours of PA coverage daily and a balance of busy vs. light volumes reduces burnout
- The ED team help each other out when personal life events happen.
- FT, PT, & Block scheduling options
- 35 days paid PTO
- Premium for night and extra shifts
- 3 extra shifts/month = annual compensation > 90% of all ED physicians
- 45k sign on bonus; 15k relocation
