- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy services while educating patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with an active or eligible license in TX
- Previous inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, hospital, or post-acute experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient-centered care skills.
