Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: $265,000
- Performance Bonus: Up to $60,000
- Sign-On Bonus: $50,000

Required Qualifications - MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience or interest in Medicare
