Required Skills: - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology (ABD required)
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Active or eligible for a Pennsylvania medical license
- Experience or comfort with full-scope dermatology including medical, surgical, and cosmetic procedures
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team attitude
- Ability to manage a growing patient caseload effectively
Preferred Education and Experience: - Completion of dermatology residency program
- Prior experience in a clinical dermatology setting
- Proven ability to work autonomously within a physician-led governance structure
Other Requirements: - Active or eligible Pennsylvania medical license
- License and certification requirements as specified in the internal job description
- Flexible 4-5 day work schedule preferred
- Travel requirements are not specified but must comply with licensing standards
