Nephrologist Job Opening in Tippecanoe County, INLafayette, INLocated 60 miles from IndianapolisPosition Information:

• Full-time, permanent
• Flexible Schedule: 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of admin
• Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Physician will divide their time between clinic, rounding and dialysis clinic outreach locations
• Call Coverage: 1:4
• Average outpatient volume: 10-15 patients per day
• Average inpatient volume: 0-5 patients per day
• Telehealth offered
• Physician Assistant support
• Minimal travel to outreach locations Crawfordsville: Once a week, 10-14 patients Rennselaer: Once a month, 10-14 patients Monticello: Once a month, 10-14 patientsCompensation Package:
