Position: Full-Time 1.0 FTE
Office Hours: Mon 7:30 AM 6 PM Tue Fri 7:30 AM 5 PM
Team: 2 Physicians + 3 APPs + Multidisciplinary Support
Teaching: Residents, Medical Students & Fellows
EMR: Epic / MyChart
Call: Shared across nearby offices Approximately 8 weeks/year

What You ll Do
- Provide comprehensive direct patient care
- Practice the full spectrum of Family Medicine
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Teach and mentor residents, students & fellows
- Document using Epic EMR
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Support community health programs

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Required
- New graduates welcome
- Active Michigan License or willing to obtain
- DEA or willing to obtain
- BLS & ACLS or willing to obtain
- Clean malpractice preferred
- Visa support: J-1 or H-1B must be disclosed at submission
